Let’s take the prayer you learned in the previous blog post—The Light of Love is All—to the next level.

First, center and ground, as described in the post “Centering, Grounding, and Gratitude.”

Next, place your hands on the center of your chest, your heart/soul space, close your eyes, and imagine a Light there. This is the Light of Source—The Light of Love— that lives within everyone’s center. It might look like the flame of a candle.

Breathe in. Exhale. Focus each inhalation on your Light, and imagine it igniting with each breath.

Say the prayer, The Light of Love Is All, with each inhalation and exhalation.

Now, with your hands still on your center, breathe in, and exhale Light down your arms, and out your hands. Just allow it. There’s no need to push. Feed the center of your being—from the inside and out—with the Light of Love as it flows through your hands.

Now that you’re in a rhythm, try one more thing.

Put your hands somewhere else on your body. Are you prone to headaches? Place them on your head. Is your neck tight? Put them there. Does your stomach hurt? Place them on your solar plexus.

Now, breathe to your center, as you did before, and exhale Light down your arms and out your hands while repeating—The Light of Love is All—over and over.

Did your hands become tingly? Hot? How does your body feel? In the end, it’s important to know that all sensations and experiences are irrelevant. What is relevant is trusting that you are the Divine Light residing within you, as well as a human conduit for it.

I believe The Light of Love is the most potent healing Light that exists.
